These can be made available in various colours subject to minimum order quantities of 1000 kgs for Sinus/Greco and 2000 kgs for BSI.
Length possible upto 11,800 mm
Various tailored profiles are possible through secondary process such as cold bending and thermo-forming.
Cutting
LCS can be cut with an ordinary clean metal cutting tools, even scissors, either singly or in layers, but should be firmly clamped to avoid vibration.
Drilling
To allow for thermal expansion, oversized holes should be drilled with a hand or power drill on slow speed using a metal working bit. Ask your stockist for fixing accessories.
Mounting
Fit LCS sheets with weather-protected side outward - marked for easy identification with a continuous ribbon.
Handling/Storage
LCS sheets should be stacked horizontally with due protection against sun and rain supported with battens placed at 1mtr. intervals-Accident prevention Never leave inadequately fixed
sheets on unfinished jobs. Despite the high strength of LCS, never walk directly on sheets and always use crawl boards placed across at least two purlins. |
